PSY120 - Elementary Psychology Introduction to the fundamental principles of psychology, covering particularly the topics of personality, intelligence, emotion, abnormal behavior, attention, perception, learning, memory, and thinking. As part of their learning experience, students participate in psychological experiments. PSY235 - Child Psychology General principles of children's behavior and development, from conception to adolescence, including sensory and motor development, and basic psychological processes such as learning, motivation, and socialization. You must take BOTH of these courses to satisfy the Educational Psychology prerequisite.
