This course is designed to acquaint students with theories, concepts, and principles relevant to teaching and learning. Students will acquire knowledge about the following areas, specifically focusing on application to teaching and learning: physical, social, cognitive, and moral development, individual differences in students, learning and memory, cultural and socioeconomic diversity, creating a positive learning environment, and assessment of students.
